Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Lysflow platform, available at app.lysflow.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Note: certain legal details (legal entity, governing jurisdiction, definitive pricing) are being finalised. These terms will be updated accordingly. The principles described below apply from now.
2. Service Description
Lysflow is a business management platform enabling entrepreneurs and SMEs to create professional quotes and invoices, manage their customers and catalogue, and archive their commercial documents. The service is accessible from a web browser or a progressive web app (PWA).
3. Account Creation
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You may also sign in via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lysflow only for lawful purposes consistent with its intended use. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- create fraudulent or misleading commercial documents;
- impersonate another person or company;
- attempt to access other users' data;
- use the service for unlawful activities;
- disrupt the operation of the platform or its infrastructure;
- circumvent security or authentication mechanisms.
5. Responsibility for Entered Data
You are solely responsible for the commercial information you enter into Lysflow (customer data, amounts, product and service descriptions, etc.). Lysflow is a management tool; it does not verify the accuracy of the commercial information you record or the legality of the transactions it represents.
6. Credits and Document Issuance
Issuing official documents (quotes and invoices) consumes credits associated with your account. The terms for allocating and purchasing credits are defined within the application. Lysflow reserves the right to modify credit allocation terms with reasonable notice.
7. Service Availability
Lysflow endeavours to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided under the current terms of use.
8. Service Evolution
Lysflow is an actively developed service. Features may evolve, be modified or removed. We endeavour to communicate significant changes to active users.
9. Intellectual Property
The Lysflow platform, its interface, code and components are the property of their authors. Use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights over these elements.
The commercial documents you create (quotes, invoices) and the data you enter remain your property.
10. Suspension and Termination
Lysflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent use or activity likely to harm the service or other users. In the event of suspension, you will be notified where possible.
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion and data export procedures are accessible from the application or on request at privacy@lysflow.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lysflow shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service, including loss of commercial data, revenue or business opportunities.
